Renee’s professional experience in real estate dates back to 2008, when she navigated the fast-paced real estate markets of southeastern China as a market analyst with DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield). Before becoming a Realtor in 2023, Renee worked as an urban planning consultant for 7 years at VHB’s Watertown headquarters—an established civil engineering and planning firm recognized both locally and nationally. Through her urban planning work, Renee developed deep expertise in local land use and housing development regulations, as well as a nuanced understanding of housing trends and neighborhood dynamics across the Greater Boston area. In addition, Renee has served on her local Planning Board for the past 6 years, giving her firsthand experience with the local zoning and permitting for real estate development, including new construction, additions, and renovations.
